How long does a typical project take?+
Timelines vary by scope. A standard website takes 2–3 weeks. A web application or ERP takes 4–12 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during our discovery call before any work begins.
What technologies do you use?+
We specialise in Next.js 15, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AI tools like OpenAI. We choose the stack that best fits your project requirements — not the other way around.
Do you work with international clients?+
Yes. We work with clients across India, the UAE, UK, and USA. All communication is in English and we adjust to your timezone for meetings.
How many revisions are included?+
Starter projects include 1 revision round. Growth projects include 3 rounds. Enterprise projects have unlimited revisions. Additional rounds can be purchased for any plan.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?+
Yes. Every project includes a dedicated support period (30–365 days depending on plan). After that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers for bug fixes, updates, and feature additions.
What are your payment terms?+
We work on a 50% upfront, 50% on delivery model for most projects. Enterprise projects use milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and international wire.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?+
Absolutely. We have experience integrating with Tally, SAP, WooCommerce, Shopify, Zoho, Razorpay, Stripe, WhatsApp Business API, and many more. Share your requirements and we'll confirm compatibility.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?+
Every project we deliver is fully responsive — mobile, tablet, and desktop. We test across devices before delivery and target Core Web Vitals scores of 90+ on all platforms.
Do you handle hosting and deployment?+
Yes. We deploy to Vercel, AWS, or your preferred hosting provider. Domain setup, SSL certificates, and CI/CD pipelines are all handled by our team.
